I’m Chanel — founder and principal designer of Studio Miles, mother of three, and a lifelong lover of architecture, photography, and the art of home.
My design journey began through years of renovating homes alongside my husband, transforming blank canvases into layered, welcoming spaces. Through that experience, I developed a deep understanding of how thoughtful design shapes daily life.
In 2023, after the loss of our son Miles, my perspective shifted in a profound way. That season clarified what truly matters: creating homes that foster connection, beauty, and meaning. Studio Miles was born from that realization — carrying both his name and the belief that home should be intentional, timeless, and filled with life.
I later pursued formal interior design training, growing what began as a creative outlet into a full-service interior design studio based in Charleston, South Carolina.
Today, I specialize in modern Mediterranean and architectural interiors rooted in warmth, restraint, and quiet luxury — designing homes that feel deeply personal, enduring, and elevated.
