Studio Miles Design is based in Charleston, South Carolina and provides full-service residential interior design throughout the greater Charleston area, including Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and Kiawah.
We also offer virtual interior design (e-design) services nationwide, making our timeless, Mediterranean-inspired interiors accessible to clients across the United States.
For larger-scale renovations or new builds, travel may be available depending on project scope and budget.

Commercial inquiries are accepted for select projects aligned with the studio's aesthetic and scope.

Studio Miles Design was founded by Chanel Sansregret, a Charleston-based interior designer and the studio's principal. Chanel leads every project from concept through completion, bringing a hands-on design perspective rooted in architectural detail, Mediterranean coastal warmth, European influence and quiet luxury.
